I purchased this collectible “Boyds Bear” – named Edmund T. Bear; in 1997 when I was in Maryland for a couple of week job assignment. It was to be given as a gift to a nephew, but he and his family moved overseas before I had a chance to gift it to him. It has been in a sack in a box for the last 29 years, so is in perfect shape!

There is a lot of detail to this bear, from its clothing to the actual bear. And, it has the original tags on it.

I spent $19.99 + tax for it almost 30 years ago, and if you look online, many of these similar Boyds Bears have asking prices of $40.00 or more in similar new condition.

Therefore, my asking price of $8.00 is very fair, and less than half of what I paid.
