Looking for someone to take over my lease in a great apartment in Pleasant Grove. The lease runs through July, with the option to renew for another year.

Move-in: Ideally May 1, but you could move in earlier if needed.

This is a really great spot right off Exit 275, making it easy to get anywhere in Utah County.

You’d be living with three really chill guys in a relaxed, fun environment. The private owner has been great to work with and is easy to reach if anything ever comes up.

I’ve loved living here — just moving for other plans.
