VenmoFour brand-new Pella Impervia horizontal sliding windows — still factory-wrapped with labels intact. Leftovers from a Park City build, never installed.
Specs:
- Size: 35½" × 35½" (36" × 36" rough opening)
- 3636 Double Slider — fixed right, vent left (slides open to the left)
- Pella Duracast fiberglass — white interior & exterior Insulated Low-E glass with argon, High Altitude rated
- White operating hardware
- U-factor 0.27 / SHGC 0.28 / VLT 0.53
- Performance Class LC, PG 40
- Standard fin, factory applied, no exterior trim
- Ordered 1/2026 from Pella directly
Why the High Altitude spec matters: standard argon-filled IGUs can fail seals above ~5,000 ft, so Pella builds a different unit for mountain installs.
Note on egress: Clear opening is 14⅛" × 31 15/16" (~3.15 sq ft). Does not meet typical US bedroom egress code — great for bathrooms, kitchens, offices, basements, living rooms, anywhere egress isn't required.
These were ~$1,100+ each new from the dealer ($4,400+ for the set). Asking $3,000 for all four — $750/window. Prefer to sell as a set. Cash, pickup in Snyderville Basin. Can help load but bring a truck or SUV.
