Hi! I’m Macie, 20 and looking for 2 female roommates to share a 3-bedroom, main-floor furnished townhome. I’ll be living in the master bedroom.

The home is just over 1,700 sq ft with a spacious kitchen and living area—great for relaxing or hanging out. The location is super convenient for the University of Utah, Weber State, or SLCC.

Available Rooms:

• Bedroom 2 (garage parking) – $900/month

• Bedroom 3 (street parking) – $800/month

• Utilities included

• Washer/ Dryer and refrigerator inclided

• 1-year lease

• No pets

• Rent due on the 1st (PayPal or check)

• HOA quiet hours start at 10 PM

• Guests welcome, but no late-night loud gatherings

House Guidelines:

• No nails, screws, or wall damage—Command strips only

• Keep common areas clean and picked up daily

• Clean up after yourself in the kitchen immediately after use

• Shared chores (we’ll divide them fairly)

• No smoking or vaping inside the home

• Guests should be respectful of the house rules

• Respect shared spaces and each other’s belongings

• Notify roommates if you’ll be away for extended periods

• Help maintain a calm, drama-free environment

I’m funny, a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly and love going on adventures. I’ll be attending the University of Utah while working. I enjoy art, theatre, and anime, and I’m hoping to create a fun, comfortable home with two great roommates.
