The house is in a clean, quite neighborhood with close access to the woods cross front-runner stop and close to two freeway exits for easy access to go downtown or up north. The basement has its own private entrance from the rest of the house, with a kitchenette and washer/dryer in-unit. The common areas and bathroom are shared with one other female roommate.
