It is dusty and just needs to be wiped down, but it has a lot of life left! We did add extra boards to fit a 65 in TV on it. Ypu can unscrew them if you don't want them on. There is a gap that's always been there in one of the cabinets. It hasn't hindered anything though.

Must be able to pick up and haul away.
