VenmoI have 2 week to 6 months old mostly BBS English Orpingtons for sale. I had a few Buff pullets under a Splash rooster for several of my earlier hatches that threw odd colors and combinations.
This is a different breed of Orpingtons than what are sold at the local feed stores. Those chicks are Standard (American) Orpingtons. A completely different breed of chicken.
Google both Standard and English Orpingtons for further information.
All chicks are straight run as English Orpington breed is not sex linked. They are also large fowl chickens and will take 12 months to mature. That means 12 months from hatch before you see an egg or hear a crow. That is why they are hard to sex until they are closer to maturity, and why I offer a guarentee.
Price is firm, because if you do end up with an unwanted rooster, I will swap him out, if I have something to swap him with. I can't take the rooster back for bio security reasons. However, I will need to see him at the time of the swap.
I will do my best to sell you pullets if that is what you want.
Mature roosters will weigh about 15 pounds, making them a great meat bird. Other picture is me holding one of my 6 month old roosters from last spring.
For reference, I live in Bluffdale on 14400 s near the Bluffdale City park.
Bring a box or crate or no sale, no exceptions.
