2022 KZ Sportsmen 362DB Climate Package 36’ bumper pull

This has been a great trailer for us! We bought it from the RV store of Utah in August of 2025. Plans for a new job was in the works and we bought it planning to travel and live in while working out of town. We lived in it for a couple months and things changed with the new job and we’ve ended up in a better spot now so we don’t need to hold onto it!

The trailer is set up pretty well for living! Complete master bedroom equipped with its own AC unit and Washer and Dryer hookups. It has a SECOND AC unit for the main living area as well! The couch is a pull out bed and the front of the trailer also has a separate room that would fit an RV queen but we put a full size mattress in for our son to sleep on and it left room for his toys and bookshelf in his room!

We have bought all the extras to make living in the trailer work through the winter. All of it will be included in the sale. 125’ of 3/4 hose that we have coiled in heat tape. Heat tape that we wrapped around the sewage hose We have the electrical 50 Amp cord that came with the trailer that is brand new. Because of our situation and where we were able to park the trailer, we had a electrical cord made that’s 75’ long that I can include the specs on. Also includes a brand new shiny Stabilizer Hitch
