We've owned this trailer for the last couple of years and have had a lot of great camping trips with our family in it. We're only selling because we decided to move into something a little smaller and lighter for towing.
It's an older trailer and definitely isn't perfect, but it has a ton of space for the money and has worked really well for us. We just took it camping recently and everything worked great, including the A/C.
It's about 30 feet long with a large slide-out that makes the main living area really roomy. It technically sleeps up to 6 with the queen bed, fold-down couch, and dinette that converts into a bed.
Some of the features include:
Large slide-out that works great
Queen bed with lots of surrounding storage
Fold-down couch
Full-size dinette that converts into a bed
Full bathroom with toilet and sink
Full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and microwave (all working)
A/C and furnace (all working)
Lots of cabinets and storage throughout
Dual-axle
Two batteries included
Propane tanks included
Tires replaced about a year ago and are in great shape
5,790 lb dry weight
8,800 lb GVWR
50-gallon fresh water capacity
There are a few things to know about it. We want to be upfront so there aren't any surprises.
The water heater does not work.
The shower had some plumbing issues. It still drains, but there is currently only a very small trickle from one of the water lines (the other one is completely blocked off because it has a leak under the shower).
The kitchen faucet also has low water pressure, possibly just needing the screen replaced. The water pump works though, and the bathroom sink and toilet both work great.
Before we owned it, there was some water damage near the front of the trailer (I believe they left the window open during a storm) that damaged/warped some of the interior wall material. The previous owners fixed the source of the leak and replaced the window, but didn't replace the damaged interior wood. We've owned it for about two years and haven't had an issue with it leaking. In fact, we were camping a few weeks ago in a big rainstorm and everything stayed dry. You can see the cosmetic damage in the pictures.
There is no awning. It was already gone when we purchased the trailer.
So again, this isn't a perfect trailer, but if you're looking for an inexpensive family camper with a lot of room and a TON of storage space, it has served us really well. We've continued camping in it as-is and have really enjoyed it.
$3,500 OBO. Title in hand.
Located in Tooele.
