Are you tired of all these cookie cutter trailers? Have you ever wanted the opportunity to customize it exactly how you want it? This 2003 Coleman Niagara is the opportunity that you've waited for!
From the factory this trailer has two king size mattresses which still feel as comfortable as they did the first time my family used this trailer when my dad first bought it in 2003. There's also a slide out for a dining table that folds down into a bed, so it can sleep 8 people comfortably. There's even a toilet and shower inside, as well an exterior shower. There's a sink inside, along with a 3 burner stove, as well as a stove that can attach to the side of the trailer with a propane hookup right next to it to tap into the trailer propane system. As far as I can remember the outside stove has never been used. The water heater isn't currently hooked up (super easy to hook up though, just a hose bypassing it) and it would need an anode rod to fully function, but it's been used a lot in the past. The furnace may or may not work, we never really tried using it often. As far as I know the fridge was never used as a fridge. The water tank is currently not hooked up but the water system is still closed, the tank drain valve broke off, but has since been repaired, but just was never hooked back up and kept sealed. The awning is currently detached, but I do have it as well. Tons of storage on this thing and nice and light weight!
It does need the roof repaired though it has water damage, and is in pretty rough shape, about a third of it feels soft. The canvas is in good condition still, but does have some slight water stains.
This tent trailer doesn't have the lame little door that folds down to step into the trailer (if you buy the trailer I'll tell you the story), instead it has a handcrafted and hand painted wooden door, that was built as a father/son project, heck I'll even throw in the awesome blue step stool for free! It has a good spare, and the two tires were replaced 2 summers ago. Battery was also replaced at the same time, and was always disconnected when parked, tonight (4/25/26) I checked the voltage and it was half a volt low, so I charged it and tested it and it still tests good. The axle has been flipped to allow for a more common tire size as well. Propane tanks not included, but the sway bar and hitch is included. Trailer is around 2800 lbs empty, and rated for 3500 lbs fully loaded
Clean title in hand, this trailer has had tons of memories and is waiting for you to make it your own and build your own memories, or gut it and make it a utility trailer, it's up to your creative limits!
Asking $2000 obo, I am negotiable, get ahold of me with any questions or if you want to start your adventure! Text is best
