This is our beloved family trailer. We are the second owners and it has been well cared for. However, it is starting to show it's age. On our last trip out, we discovered it had developed a slow leak in roof over the winter. We cleaned up a lot of the resulting mold (there is still some on top of the exterior of the canvas over the slide outs where it is hard to reach. We also got it all dried out and it no longer smells like mold. We used it for a week after cleaning it out. It also blew out two tires (the original on the passenger side and the spare that we replaced it with). The blown tire cracked the wheel well cover on the passanger side. It also needs a new tire (it has one radial tread and one bias tread tire right now, and no working spare). It works well when plugged in for the most part, but I have to hook my jumper cables up to the battery to get it to electronically lift the topy. Also, the LED ligths and the fan in the roof don't work at the same time for some reason. However, the biggest thing is, the entire upper probably needs to be replaced. The roof, as I mentioned, has a slow leak somewhere. Also, the structure underneath the roof seems to be rotting away as things anchored to it/in it have started pulling out. Priced accordingly. It's a great trailer with a ton of good potential and life still, but it needs a knowledgeable person's touch to get it back into fully fighting shape. If you’re willing to do some repairs, you could get a great deal on a trailer that could last you for years.
