We have a beautiful, young Black Copper Marans rooster who is looking for a new flock to protect and lead. Unfortunately, we cannot keep him in our current setup. About Him: Breed: Purebred Black Copper Marans (French variety with feathered legs). Personality: He is calm and observant, which is typical for this breed. He is currently integrated into a mixed flock and is watchful over his hens. Genetics: He would be an excellent addition to any breeding program focused on dark "chocolate" egg color or for creating Olive Eggers. Appearance: Stunning glossy black feathers with a beetle-green sheen and copper hackle feathers starting to come in. Rehoming Details: Location: North Orem No "stew pots" please.
