Water system works, no problems

We bought it after prev owner let sit too long. We restored bathroom ceiling and vents as well as sealing up roof. Needs finished, but usable as is. No Leaks. I applied new roofing and the temp dropped as well as rained that night so roofing needs reaplied. Countertops have delaminated and need re-glued or new laminate.
