It is a branded title due to a tire blowout before we bought it, but it was repaired well and we have had no problems. There is a trim piece missing above that tire.

Amazing trailer in great condition. We have loved it, but have decided to downsize. This trailer was perfect for us as a family of 4, as the kids could have their own space (and we could keep the mud contained in the garage) .

It has a separate garage with it's own bathroom and 2 power bunks (I believe full size) that lower, with the bottom also folding into 2 benches for table seating. Also has tv hookups inside the garage. The main trailer has 2 slides (the kitchen and couch), 2 built in twin bunks (or storage), lots of cabinet storage, a tv, the couch all reclines for another bed if necessary. The couch has extensive cracking in the vinyl from before we bought it, but I just put some brown couch covers on it. Has blue LED accent lighting throughout. Master bedroom connects to the bathroom, and has a queen size bamboo mattress with two small closets. Has tv hookups that we never used. There is a dark stain on the carpet that was there when we bought it, but I never attempted to clean it. Looks to be dirty water or maybe oil.

Has an onboard Cummins generator that recently had maintenance done on it. 2 outside entrances, 2 power awnings with LED blue lights. Outdoor speakers. Exterior has some fading and a spot where water got inside the laminate, but never made it into the frame. It has been repaired.

Everything works perfectly, has no problems that we are aware of.
