We will have a whole beef available end of May. We can do 1/4 or 1/2 if needed. Our beef is raised as natural as possible. No hormones , antibiotics , chemicals etc. Grass raised and grass finished. $7 lb hang weight plus butcher fees and will need to be picked up in Duchesne . Smaller framed so about 500-600lbs of meat.
