*Freeze dried fruits and vegetables- $10-$20 per #10 can
*Freeze dried complete meals- $30 per #10 can
Free items are at or near the end of their shelf life and should be used within a year or so. Whole grains and freeze-dried foods have between 8-15 years left on their shelf life.
