ZelleI own four Mortuary Plots from Memorial Estates. These are unassigned plots so you can choose any of their seven (7) locations. I’m currently listed at the Mountain View Memorial at Cottonwood Heights location, at 3115 E. Bengal Blvd. which most people feel is their nicest location. These also have been set up and grandfathered in, so that two caskets can be placed into each burial plot. They no longer allow that, but I purchased these over 40 years ago, and its transferable. So you could have eight people buried in these four plots. However, I just recently sold one plot and only have 3 left. The area that I would currently be assigned to is the Garden of Meditation,Revelation,& Reverence. The least expensive plots they sell currenlty go for $ 2,700 each, and you don’t have all of the flexibility and extra benefits that I have which is all transferable. The transfer fee is $175 dollars which I will pay for if you buy two or more. If you purchase one, you will need to include that into your purchase.
I’m asking $ 1,500 per plot which is almost a 50% discount. If you included sales taxes which I’m not charging it is more than a 50% discount.
