My father bought this 10-X, Size 46, Competition Shooting Jacket for my brother in the very early 1970’s when he entered competition shooting events in California.

My brother, unfortunately, gained a whole lot of weight as he bulked up for playing on his College Football team; and quickly “outgrew” this size 46 jacket. As a result, he wore it a total of two times; once for practice shooting at our local range; the second in a single competitive event. It has spent the last 50+ years in a zippered jacket hanger in the closet of his home.

As the pictures show, it is in LIKE NEW condition. There are absolutely no rips, tears, wear spots, etc. The large elbow and shoulder pads show zero wear. Even the 10-X name tag looks brand new since it simply wasn’t worn.

If you look online, you will see that these 10-X competition shooting jackets with similar padding run $190.00 to over $400.00 (which is ridiculous!) for jackets that really show their wear.

Therefore, my asking price of $40.00 for this like new jacket is a very fair value!
