It works I don't know how old it is and is missing the charger so will need to find a 12v 2A adapter with a barrel jack that fits it at least to charge it. But it has about 1/3 charge on it and I only tried charging my phone using one of the USB ports for a few minutes. That worked but haven't tested any other outputs. The big light on the side does work too.
