Duke is a 15 year old draft mule. He is big and stout. Stands 16.2-16.3HH. He rides, drives and packs. He is gentle, easy to catch, wouldn’t hurt a fly type of guy. He’s laid back and easy going, doesn’t cause trouble in the herd, isn’t mean. We have rode him, he’s good for following someone down the trail, but if you want to ride off alone he will make you work for it. He’s been packed on the mountain. He is good on a high line. We worked him as a double, and we did an entire sleigh season with him. We have never worked him as a single. I Have video of him working sleigh season and riding.
