Title in hand Very much so a restoration/project bike, I had it starting and running for short distances after I first got it but it quite frankly needs work in every regard, be that electronics, engine work/rebuild (it had a gnarly oil leak and sounded like it was knocking the last time I started it), carburetor work, or just general cosmetic work and restoration. Its sat there for a couple years untouched and I'd rather it go to someone who has the motivation to work on it. Pickup only
