Be your own “Landman”

I own clear deeded title to 38,000 acres of oil & gas rights in northern Utah that I am interested in trading. Interested in vacant land or a building lot. Will consider all offers.

The green parcels on the map image are the areas I own the rights to. The yellow on the map is BLM land and the light blue is state land. Each green square on the map is 640 acres.

This would be conveyed via a warrantee deed. I have own them for more than 20 years. The last lease I had on these was for 2,062 acres of my holdings for $10,348. That lease just ended. When you lease these you receive the lease proceeds plus royalties of one eighth of the value of any oil or gas production. There is currently not production on the parcels now but there has been production in this geographical area of the state in years past.

You do not need to pay annual property taxes on oil and gas rights.
