About the Room + Lease: • Private female room • Lease ends end of July, with the option to renew (fees apply if you leave early) • Rent: $523/month • Utilities: ~$20–$40/month, WiFi included • Security deposit: $333 (fully refundable) • Room is unfurnished; shared spaces are furnished • Two female roommates (3 total in the apartment)

The Apartment + Location: • Quiet complex with respectful neighbors (mix of single adults & young families) • No pets or smoking • Great location—close to UVU, Target, and I-15 • Shared bathroom with one other person • Full kitchen with appliances, washer & dryer included • Two covered parking spots to share + visitor parking. Parking can be tricky late at night if spots fill up—we try to leave one covered spot open by using visitor parking

Who This Is For: • Ideal for a mature student or young working professional looking for a clean, quiet, and stable living environment. • Not a great fit for someone seeking a traditional college party lifestyle.
