Teddy is a tiny 7 lb Maltese (7/2022) with a big heart—and an adorable little voice to match! This sweet boy is the perfect mix of playful and relaxed, equally happy exploring the yard or cuddling up on the couch with his favorite people. Teddy loves being part of the family. He enjoys gentle, respectful kids and gets along well with other dogs. Whether he’s soaking up the sunshine outside or following you around the house, he just wants to be near his people. He’s calm, well-mannered, and very attentive—when he needs guidance, he listens and responds beautifully. He’s potty trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. Because of his small size, Teddy will need an attentive home where he can have bathroom breaks every 2–3 hours or access to a doggy door. A secure, fenced yard is ideal so he can safely explore and enjoy the outdoors. Teddy has had some dental work in the past and had several teeth removed due to prior neglect, so he does best eating soft food. He can still enjoy crunchy treats and loves softer chew toys.
