He was calved without assistance and stood to nurse within 30 mins and was very vigorous. He brings good maternal strengths from the dams side with good udder & teats with calm disposition and moderate frame size. From his sires side he carries strong growth rates as well as solid carcass quality merits in ribeye area and marbling. He should add thickness to his calves with good muscling as well as good maternal qualities. For EPD’s he is a balanced bull with top 11% for udder improver, top 16% for teat and top 16% for marbling. He would be good for improving maternal lines as well as carcass marbling. He is a calm, easy going bull. Trich, semen and full reproductive exam was conducted on 3/17/26. He passed the exam without issue with good semen volume, morphology and motility. His scrotal was measured at 31 at just over a year of age. He has pigment around both eyes and is a clean moving virgin bull.
Dam info - she is a 10 yr old registered hereford cow that continues to perform with very good calves with calm, easy dispositions. I have kept several of her heifers and they are good mothers that bring her good udder and teat traits. She is a cow that has only missed settling AI once in the 8 yrs we’ve been breeding her artificially.
Sire info- Churchill Broadway is the sire of this bull. He was an exceptional bull known for trait leading marks across most of the EPD board that excelled and helped build excellent maternal traits along with some of the highest marbling offspring in the breed.

C&C Ranch (https://www.campbellsranch.com/) is an 8th generation Cache Valley ranch that is currently growing the 9th generation to hopefully keep it going. We follow a strict vaccination and parasite program and follow the newest research in breeding and animal husbandry to produce the most quality animals we can. Our mineral/vitamin supplementation is a custom mix that utilizes liver sample evaluation to ensure we’re providing the best mix we can for our animals. We do not actively PAP test our bulls as we are not at the minimum 6000 foot elevation which is needed to get an accurate test completed. We buy genetics from ranches that do PAP test their animals and run them at very high elevations and they do not have issues. Our pastures are not irrigated fields and we expect our animals to perform across a variety of conditions to produce quality offspring. Our family works hard to offer quality animals that we stand behind and anything we sell for breeding is an animal we would use ourselves.
