I believe that this is a Lloyd Loom baby buggy from the early 1900's. It is a very high quality. It has push down brakes that lock the back wheels. The wheels also have a release button on them. So you can move the wheels. The top is adjustable, it moves forward or backwards as shown in the pictures. The back of the stroller has a lay down feature for a sleeping baby. This measures 30 inches high x 33 inches long x 17 inches wide. This is a nice, antique, all original and a must see baby buggy.
