Lightweight, easy setup, good for first-time trailer buyers or those seeking to renovate a TrailManor trailer. Overall it is in great condition for its year. The previous owner was family and had been sitting in storage for years. We have owned the trailer for 2 years and have upgraded to a larger trailer.
Features: -Hard wall for better insulation and security -Single axle, collapsible for easy towing and visibility above the trailer -Beds: 2 full beds on each end (sleeps 4) -Cushioned seating area and table -Kitchen: Propane stove, sink, prep area -Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet, partition for privacy -HVAC: Propane heating (fast), Air conditioner (comfortable in 100 degree heat ude to insulation). -Water, power, sewer hookup. -Electrical outlets
Quality/condition: -Upholstery/fabric: Good condition, no scratches, stains, or tears. -Electrical: No issues except the radio no longer works. -Interior: No significant scratches. -Exterior: Some scratches, nothing significant, minimal rust with undercarriage. -Tires: New (2025). -HVAC: No issues -Plumping: Pumps work, no leaks -Sealant: Trailer resealed in 2025. *One of the top cabinets has water damage from leaving the top hatch open.
Repairs/upgrades: -New interior paint -Replaced hinges on doors/cabinets -Roof resealed in 2025 -Replaced tires in 2025 -Replaced valves and piping underneath trailer
