Take your training to another level by seeing your power. These will help you know more than watts, you'll gain access to advanaced cycling dynamics which can even show you balance between left / right sides and more!
They offer a wide platform for your feet to last on long days in the saddle. You can clip in super easy. The software is super simple to use, it connects with multiple bike computers (I have a wahoo and it synced with my Elemnt Bolt in seconds) and the Garmin app is easy to manage updates and firmware.
The RS means these are compatible with Shimano SPD-SL pedals. If you have Look pedals, you'll want the R"K" pedals.
The 200 in the name means both pedals provide data (power, cadence, balance, etc.) as opposed to the 100 model which is only left sided. And to share more info, there is a 210 model, that one just has a different battery than these 200s. The battery these require is a CR1/3N that is easily found on amazon in a 10-pack for $15. So super easy to find and keep batteries. And if you see an "XC" model, those are for cross / gravel and are compatible with most 2-bolt cleats.
Oh, and these come with new cleats as well (see the red cleats in the pics).
