I have 2 uncirculated coin sets from Jamaica in red display folders that were minted by the Franklin Mint. The one on the left is a 1974 Specimen Set. It has 8 coins from 1 cent to a 10 dollar Sir Henry Morgan coin. Google says the 5 dollar coin has 1.236 oz of silver. The set on the right is a 1978 Brilliant Specimen Set. It has 9 coins. 8 are copper-nickel and 1 is aluminum. It includes a 10 dollar commemorative Jamaica Unity Coin. The top of that red folder has separated from the bottom.
