Zelle2022 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS has been a perfect fit for our family! It was our primary space while we built a cabin in Idaho. That is now complete and there is no need for it any longer. It has less than 1500 road miles. We purchased this brand new from General RV in Draper Utah. Non-smoker. Stored inside during the winter. The roof was professionally sealed last fall, and the AC was replaced as well. Its very well maintained. Has the 4-season “arctic package” so its great in the cold weather. Tows great!
Interior features:
Master Bedroom - Master bedroom is a full walk around queen size bed with storage underneath the bed. Lots of cabinet/drawer storage for your wardrobe.
Main Bathroom - Full size bathroom with full size shower with more storage than you find on an average RV.
Kitchen – large by comparison which makes it great to cook for several. Full size frig, stove with oven, microwave, large sink in the island, full size pantry, and more storage! Adjacent coffee bar with storage above.
Dinette – seats 4 and has storge under the seating area. Converts to sleeping area for 2.
Media/living area – 50” TV w/DVD play, audio system, surround sound, 2 heat/massage recliners, and fireplace that is amazing to keep the space warm without utilizing propane.
Bunkhouse – Sleeps 4 and a great place for the kids and those that need some quite time. Has a ½ bath! Built in dresser/closet system
Convivence features – Central ducked AC and Heat, auto roof top venting with rain senor. Wired for solar and roof top mounted satellite system.
