Used it after a shoulder surgery and it’s awesome, just fill it with water and its like an ice pack that never thaws. Strap is very adjustable, I’d imagine you could adjust the strap to work on a knee or really anywhere. $198 on their website, asking $70. Used but clean and in great condition.
