VenmoYakima FourTimer hitch-mounted bike rack. Holds up to four bikes. Connects to two-inch hitch mount on back of vehicle. This is a solid, well-constructed rack that works well.
Comes in two pieces: (1) The main rack which connects to the vehicle and holds two bikes, and (2) the extender rack that connects to the main rack and holds an additional two bikes.
The main rack makes a solid connection to the hitch mount, and the extender rack makes a solid connection to the main rack, so any wobble is virtually non-existent in my experience.
Bikes are mounted in wheel trays with adjustable plastic ratchet straps, then you slide down a hook arm onto the frame to hold the bike firmly in place. The wheel trays have a gray piece you can loosen by hand so you can slide the tray to the desired position, then tighten it again.
The rack is able to fold up verticle/flat to the vehicle when not in use, as well as tilt down and away from the back of the vehicle when bikes are on it so you can get into the back of the vehicle. You'd want a second person to help when tilting away and putting it back in place. I've included a Youtube video link where someone demonstrates this. Also, the video comments talk about per-bike weight supported (about 45 pounds).

I am the second owner of this rack. I'm just not using it that much. The original owner traveled with their bikes more. I've had it 4-5 years and only used it a handful of times. Wear and tear is from normal use, but like I said, I haven't really added any additional wear on it due to not using it a ton. It is still solid and works well. I tried to take pictures of areas where you can see wear.
