• CURBSIDE PICKUP: Material is located immediately in front of our building by the power pole. Arrive, load & leave. Do not come inside unless you wish to view/purchase our for-sale items (see other ads).
• DO NOT BLOCK ROAD! Leave room for other vehicles to pass. PARK ONLY IN DESIGNATED PARKING SPOTS!
• DO NOT LEAVE A MESS! Throw trash in nearby dumpster. Re-organize unwanted material. BE RESPONSIBLE AND COURTEOUS!
• WE DO NOT PROVIDE LOADING ASSISTANCE! Some pieces are heavy and/or cumbersome. If you need help, bring help. We are unable to help in any way.

MATERIAL DETAILS:

Various types of wood, mostly framing lumber pieces (2x4s, 2x6s, etc.). Many pieces suitable for firewood. There is also some trim, particle board shelving, laminated lumber, treated boards, etc. Pieces that are not cut down are likely warped or damaged in some way. Very few matching pieces. Good for smaller projects.
