This is a like new trailer at a great price, it has been stationary for 5 years and is in perfect or next to new condition. Take advantage of the manufacturing date and buy a new trailer at 55% of sale price because it is no longer needed. Made 7 years ago, but genuinely this has been sparsely and gently used and not at all in 5 years. Inside I still have a dresser and some clothes inside so I didn't add inside photos, stop in and take a look, it is perfect if you are serious.
