We have owned this great pop-up trailer for a few years and enjoyed its versatility. Two summers ago our daughter had a serious medical issue and we have not been able to take it out since.

It is a high wall with fiberglass sides and diamond stainless steel front panel. There are no tears in the canvas or screens. Two queen beds (ends) and one full (dining table). Seat cushions are like new. Everything functions.

It includes a NEW two-way fridge, NEW winch, microwave oven, gas stove & oven, gas heater, water heater, outside grill hose and bracket, two bowl stainless steel sink, AM/FM Stereo CD Player with inside and outside speakers. Kidde RV fire extinguisher, gas alarm, carbon monoxide alarm. It has three roof support beams so you could install rooftop A/C, if desired.

It has a bathroom with shower and cassette toilet. Outdoor shower. Roof vent with fan. Includes portable electric A/C unit. Two RV batteries with 100W solar panel and controller to keep them charged. Two 20 lb LPG tanks. It has been covered in winters and the roof and seams sealed each spring that we have owned it. New LED light bulb.

Includes all accessories: White cover tarp, patio rug, wheel covers and chocks, wheel lock, hitch lock, levelling pads, water hose with filter, RV Surge Protector, light/fans for above pop outs, power adapter to plug into 110 V outlet at home. Includes cute pop-up theme sheets (see camp photo) and all original curtains (not currently hung up). We'll get them up and add photos soon.
