I had some shoulder problems a couple years ago from shoulder impingement and a shoulder injury. I also have back pain.
I got this pillow to help me sleep at night. It works great.
I am a side sleeper, and this allows you to sleep on your side without having so much pain on your shoulder, hips or back.
I ordered two pillows, I’ve only ended up using one of them, so the other one is in a box, never been used still in packaging.
Again, this is great for side sleepers that have shoulder or back pain.
