This has been a great rig for our family, but we don't use it enough to justify keeping it.

Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. One queen bed and one king bed. Dinette converts to a bed for two smaller campers. Upgraded beds with memory foam pads to make them extremely comfortable. Both beds are electrically heated for those cold nights. Has an indoor and outdoor shower, casette toilet (never been used), furnace, built in circulation fan, outdoor BBQ grill, dual propane tanks (full), water heater and outdoor awning. Large storage area up front for all your gear, dirt bikes, 4-wheelers, kayaks, etc. The sides of the storage area can be taken off and used as ramps for loading toys. Comes with leveling blocks, and EAZ weight distribution hitch (350.00) to make it very stable while towing. The YouTube video attached shows all the features of this tent trailer.

Small fridge doesn't work. We always kept food and drinks in coolers so never had a need to fix it. Small hole in tent roof has been patched and is water tight.
