It is brand new and still sealed, or as sealed as they can be. It is in a plastic sleeve that is semi open on the top but has ever been removed from that sleeve. I took pictures of the front, back, all of the corners and the signature so you could see the condition and everything for yourself. This one has some wear on the top of the sleeve where the vinyl meets the sleeve. It is about 1 inch long but looks longer in the pictures just because it is so close up and because it is on a black album. But it really is pretty minor. Also there is a little crack that goes down the back too. All of those things are pictured so you can see for yourself. But if these things aren’t that important to you then you are able to get a signed, rare album that is in great playing condition for a cheaper price!
If you want one that is not worn and damaged then I have some like that too so message me and see if they are available. There’s also some that aren’t signed so if you want one for cheaper, that is the way to go too
