VenmoMale black milk snake. Hatched a little over a year ago. Held back because he was a slow eater but eats like a champ now. In the early stages of turning black and in shed in these pictures so looks darker than normal. $300 or best offer.
Black milksnakes aren’t that common, but might be the best pet snake there is. They start out bright red, white, and black stripes and as they age they turn jet black. Some consider them to be a poor man’s eastern indigo as they are a large impressive black snake, but don’t have the negatives that come with an indigo. They require no heat. Room temps are perfect for them. Much better to be too cold than too hot with this species as they don’t tolerate heat at all. Great feeding response. Never refuse a meal. Never ever even consider biting. Active. All around a great snake. Adults get 5-6 feet long and about the thickness of a golf ball. Great shimmering rainbow colors when the light reflects on their black skin. Last pictures are of parents for reference. Let me know if you have any questions.
