This house boat has brought so much enjoyment into our lives with Family and Friends every year for over 12 years. Kids are older now and going their own ways, we just have too hard a time getting a group together anymore. We haven't been in the last 3 years. It’s time to let someone else make the memories now.

The boat is Docked at Waweap full time.

This is a 1993 Lakeview 64x16 houseboat with enough room to sleep everyone you want to bring between the bedrooms, family room and huge open deck on top.

Stateroom at back of boat with Queen, bedroom in middle with double, and 2 down in the basement separated by divider each with doubles.

2- 100- gallon motor fuel tanks, 100 gallon toy tank with pump. 2- 80 gallon holding tanks.

Regular maintenance and updating have been done and will continue to be done.

Both motors are three years old, both out drives are new within the last 5. Awesome 3 stage water filtration system means unlimited freshwater. Inverter system so fridge (full size) and chest freezer on the deck as well as lighting and most outlets always have power. A/C is probably 5 years old and runs awesome.

We have 2 great weeks, Week 8 which this year is week 24 which this year is 5/28-6/4. Check on Thursday at 1:00pm, check off 8:00 am the following Thursday. This week is usually the last Thursday in May to the first Thursday in June. Our second week is Week 20 which is 8/20-8/27.

Yearly dues are $3,000 total for both weeks. We can't go this year and I've already paid the dues, so for $8,000 you get the two weeks timeshare and this years dues already paid. That's less then the price of renting a similar boat one week, and you get to use every year!

Partners are a great group of people with lots of experience.
