Have been an owner in the boat since 2014/15 and parents owned from a couple years old. I will still be maintaining three weeks on the boat. 4 bedroom, 2 toilet rooms, one with shower. 200 gallon black tank. Holds 400 gallons fuel 2 100 gallon toy tanks with fuel pump and valve! Solar panels keep the batteries and outlets on all day! Only need the generator for ac!
It has recently started its remodel phase!
Dues are due in march and have been around 3200 yearly! Purchase before March and you will have a say on what gets voted as yearly dues and expenses! But that was also do to a few larger expense! The top is a welded (2 yrs) with hard surface and the solar panels reattached. Please note the aerial photo was a few years ago! The interior floors were done this last season as well as a new fridge and barbecue added!
