My daughter has her 4H steer that will be going in for processing this week (5/4). It is a well taken care of, high quality beef that was born and raised on our farm in Genola.

Price is $4.90/lb cut and wrapped. Processing costs are included in the price per pound. Quarters, half, or whole is currently available. Circle V in Spanish Fork will be processing and be where you pick it up. Priced to go fast because they will need your custom cut instructions this week.

Estimated dress weight is 800lbs. So 1/4 will be about 200lbs, 1/2 will be about 400 lbs.
