Adjustable weights for home gym experience

15 lb for one dumbbell so that's 30 lb total for the two dumbbells

The cowbell is about 10 lb

You can just assemble them and put as much weight as you want on the dumbbells

And they're plastic like a hard plastic so you could drop it on the ground and lose the toenail but I don't think you lose your foot

It's really got some strong texture and a grip so you won't lose the grip
