it does NOT have the batteries in it, just posted the video to show that it does work. vibration side didn't have working batteries in it, but it does work. my little one likes to swing in it still, but it's become a seat for preschoolers; may be slightly wobbly because of that. smoke and pet free home. would like it gone soon. I may entertain trades of size 3/4 diapers, wipes, or soft tip handle sippy cups.
