You will have to reset it and talk to someone from Narwal on the phone and walk you through the steps and the mop might work. You will have to map your house. The person on the phone can walk you through the steps. But the vacuum for sure works. I’m selling it for the price of the vacuum and you might get the bonus of the mop.
