This is a fantastic handmade display case made of solid oak and alder wood, no veneer was used. It has been stained light oak and hand finished with 4 coats of polyurethane. Then sanded and waxed. The lid opens and plexiglass was used. The dimentions are as follows: outside: 17" x 9" x 4, inside: 15" x 7 1/4" x 1 3/4" with the lid open and 2 1/4" with the lid closed. The case has a simple lock with a key. The box is perfect for firearms with barrels up to 8" or anything you desire.
