For Sale: 1993 Rammax model RW 1403 trench compactor. This is a non-articulated trench compactor, weighs in at 1360KG / 2,992LB, and runs on diesel. I used it during the construction of my house and haven't got a use for it, now.

It's been around a year since I had it running last, and it will take a minute to get it running again. It will likely need a new 12v battery. It does not have a functional battery charging system and requires a charger on the battery between use. Since it is a diesel without an ignition systen, that does not interfere with operation once it's started.

Often sluggish to get started, especially when it's cold outside, I found starting fluid is extremely helpful for the first start of the day.

This is a machine best for someone who is mechanically inclined and capable in making engines run. Frankly, I don't have time to invest at the moment to get it running and will let it go for 500$ to compensate for the hassle. Trench compactors are quite expensive to rent or to buy.
