The bathroom and kitchenette are shared with the other person . Currently has a twin bed and we are willing to provide modest furniture or remove the bed if you have one. The other room is occupied by a middle aged female . The previous roommate was a male . For your privacy, enjoyment and security we can’t allow to pets , alcohol, drugs, smoking if any kind and guests are not allowed without prior authorization. No sleep overs.
