Like new! It’s a great mattress & has only been used about 8 months. It has always had a mattress protector on it. Switching it out because I found out I have a soft tissue disorder & memory foam beds exacerbate my condition. I typically prefer a medium to firm mattress & Tempur-Pedics Soft mattress is firm enough for me. Their firm mattresses are like bricks lol! So don’t be deterred by the soft, if you like, medium mattresses this will be a good mattress for you. And it’s laying on my floor because I am living in an apartment and you cannot store Tempur-pedic beds upright. It will deteriorate the memory foam. It’s been very well taken care of, and I’m continuing to take care of it while I’m not using it. Buying it new out of the store as a little over $3000.
