VenmoRelocation from Alpine requires sale. 4 piece teak deck furniture set w/ rocking chair too that’s been well take care of. Recently brought it back inside and gave it a good clean, sand, and applied teak oil/beeswax to it. Solid teak, with the depth of grain and build that is hard to find in cheap stuff today. Easily over $5k new. You would need to get new cushions for the furniture as the old ones have been disposed of.
